We began our journey deeply rooted in field-level development research — listening, learning, and understanding communities. Over time, our work expanded into documentation, evaluations, and building evidence to strengthen programs. As the sector evolved, so did we: moving from showcasing insights to shaping program strategies, outcomes, and learning systems. Today, our focus is on institutionalising MEAL — embedding systems, technology, and internal capacity so organisations can make better decisions, adapt continuously, and build lasting impact.
